the only way i know how to get everyone i know and love to see this, is to put it on our blog. i am so touched and so full of love as i type this. my eyes are filled with tears and my heart is full with gratitude. his example to me and his testimony... it is just absolutely invaluable.

ReplyDeleteI saw this on Traci's blog and was completely blown away. What an amazing man with such and incredibly powerful testimony. I cried through the whole thing; I can't imagine how tragic that must have been. His love and forgiveness are amazing, and you put it perfectly, his example is invaluable.

ReplyDeletethe boy who hit the family was in high school with my sister-in-law and that gentleman and his family were in a nearby ward. I am pretty sure he was the bishop at the time. I had heard the story of his forgiveness but never saw this--so thanks for sharing. He is such an example for us all.

ReplyDeleteAlso, i just got your comment about green smoothie girl and actually, that is the book i read about meat :) I'm still trying to decide how extreme i want to be, but even she says that she doesn't think minimal meat is bad. She believes that if your a vegan you loose out on a lot of essential nutrients. Interesting... Anyway, I love this kind of thing...healthful eating and such, we should talk sometime :)

i love this. I was in high school with the young man who hit him. what a horrible experience that turned into such an incredible thing. I also feel so overwhelmed by his strong testimony and love for the savior. thanks for sharing!
